Refund policy

Velocity VC may make exceptions to these policies for extenuating circumstances. This could include injuries (a doctor's note may be required) or family emergencies. These exceptions are based on the discretion of the club.

  • Camps + Clinics: A 75% refund will be given if an athlete withdraws at least 3 weeks prior to the clinic start date. A 75% refund will be given at any time if a replacement athlete can be found.
  • Club Teams, League Teams, and Beach Volleyball Teams: When an athlete registers on a team, they are committing to play with that team for the season. There are no refunds if an athlete chooses to withdraw UNLESS there are extenuating circumstances (injury, family emergency) as determined by Velocity VC. When an athlete signs with a team, Velocity VC rents gym space, orders clothing and equipment, denies other prospective athletes that spot, and schedules coaches.
  • Tryouts: Tryout fees are non refundable.
  • Private Lessons: Once confirmed and paid for, refunds will only be issued if a replacement athlete can be scheduled for the timeslot.
